NACE Level III Certified Coating Inspector
Our VP of Operations is a NACE (now called AMPP) Level III certified coating inspector that had done it all in the coatings industry, from sandblasting and painting to coating inspections all across the US, on oil and gas platforms, in the Gulf of Mexico, to countries like Aruba and Japan. His experience spans over 30 years in the industry performing coating applications and coating removal on military vessels, waste water treatment facilities, water towers, and much more. Our customers range from major contractors to small local businesses. We have worked for Fluor, Wharton-Smith, FDOT, Ferreira, MJ Wood, Duke Energy, Chevron, and a host of other major contractors.
WHY NACE CERTIFICATION?
The NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) administers certifications on a variety of disciplines, including the industry-leading Coatings Inspector Program or CIP. While NACE certification includes different levels and specialties, the main focus is the performance and documentation of liquid coatings applied by brush, roller, or spray to steel and other substrates primarily for industrial and commercial projects to focus on corrosion control and resistance. Our NACE Level III inspector has attained the HIGHEST certification level of certification and also has extensive experience in the application of coatings and in sandblasting.
